Revetec put to the shareholders a proposal to delist off
the NSXA, to make plans for future listing on an
alternative international exchange at out last AGM. The
motion was passed unanimously by the shareholders. The
Company delisted in April 2010. We currently plan to
relist on an overseas stock exchange, mid 2011.
